2.4 Surf Wont Come Off Idle

Hi just wondering if anyone has a clue to this prob, fitted a new head complete all new gasket new cam belt new thermostat water pump and rad, now the heap of junk will not come off idle any attempt to use throttle and it cuts out dead, cam and pump timing is spot on no blown fuses no pipes fitted incorrectly can find no prob with the wiring, the error code pulled from ecu was 11 ie ecu power to it main relay fitted another ecu same prob.

If you pull the two wire plug off the injector pump and replace it very quickly at the same time opening the throttle it can be made to rev flat out but as soon as the throttle is closed again its back to the same prob, certainly looks as if the pump is not being given the correct info the tps is fine cant believe the pump to be at fault as was fine so if anyone has had this prob would love some ideas as now after spending 1k on the engine alone am about to scrap the thing and buy a 3ltr nothing under the sun would get me to buy another 2.4 seem to be nothing but trouble from back to front thinking to sell the 96 swb land cruiser or swap for the 3ltr surf not a patch on the cruiser but need the opening rear window as use it round the farms with a hp rifle.

Now running out of patience with it and came close to burning it the other day oh by the way its a 92 2.4 l2-te fly by wire regards mac
