4.2 Window Frame Trim Stuff

Hi Folks,

The black window trim on my wife's three-door 4.2 is puckered at the sloping edge of the window frame. In the past, the same thing happened with a Fiat I used to own. Is it just a case of stripping it off and replacing it with Fablon or something? Has anyone removed it and just painted the frame satin black?

The first thing that I may try is removing the window seal and heating the film to see if that helps...

Only one possible snag, is that document 5 door specific? Wifie's is a 3 door. I think what I need to do is to buy a USB hard drive and download EVERYTHING from the tech site!

I think you would have to adapt those instructions to suite a 3 door but the process is the same.
