Mothballs

Picked up some beehives last week. (no bees). As usual Rav v. useful with back seats out.

Unbeknown to me the guy had put mothballs in the frames and one rolled out and was left for several hours.

Result is every time we get in we smell mothballs!

Given it a deep clean with as many seat, carpets out as possible and used shake and vac all over but still it lingers.

Any ideas how to get rid.

Thanks

Peter

have you tried running through a car wash with the windows open?? You get a free shower as well.

Seriously, for some odours, I have an ozone machine which is effective. I use it on the old man if he's incontinent - leaves him a bit breathless but , boy does he smell better!!
