Anyone Have A 2004 4wd Rav4 4.2 Workshop Manual

well i've managed to destroy 3rd synchronizer and who knows what else since it will not go into gear without scratching no matter how low the rpm is. i'm in desperate need of a workshop manual to assist my mechanic before the job is botched (i'm in the caribbean where manuals are usually absent). i believe it's a JDM spec 4.2, 5-door, 5speed, 4wd model. It has the correct head and fog lights of the 4.2 described on this forum except it came two tone. The engine is stamped as a 2.0L 1AZ-FE (not sure if it's VVT or not). Any help is appreciated as I also need to figure out service intervals and what needs to be changed like timing belt etc. Would also purchase if that's an option too. Thanks in advance!

You do have a VVTi but it has a chain not a timing belt. If you pm me with your email adress I will send you some info.
