Important Topics

I don't know what the answer is, if any, but recently the above has expanded to such an extent that there is considerably less room on page 1 , meaning that relatively recent posts & topics move rapidly to Page 2 & get forgotten about.

I know that if Important Topics aren't at the top of page 1, no body, especially newbies will look at them

Maybe I'm rabbiting about nothing, but Important Topics could have a page to itself which would appear when you log on, & then have the next page( (Page 2 ) as the start of General

Strangely I disagree here. It's my observation that stickying a thread has almost the same effect as making it invisible to most of the users. Pinned threads end to be overlooked a lot on forums for some reason.

Quite true I just scroll on down past them without even seeing them , on my way to the general excitement & madness

Can you change your settings to show more threads per page??

If people would stop posting rubbish we wouldnt have this problem!!! :P
