Sorry if this has been covered before, but i wanted to know which engine oil ppl use for their avensis, and what be best for mine its a 55 plate 2.0 litre d4d 90,000 on the clock.

i would use either 10w40 semi or 15w40

Thanks igor, my mate told me to fully syn as it is so much better any thoughts ? semi or syn 10w40 or 15w40 cheers

you can use it , as well

the idea is the lube must to lubriucate and wash the engine parts.

as to viscosity -- it strictly must be as per manual.
