Replacement Wheel Nut Brace

Hello all,

I need to buy a replacement wheel brace for my 54 plate Avensis D4D, as it was missing when I bought my car.

I go away this weekend too and would hate to be caught short.

I have been on the 247 spares web site and the quotes for a genuine Toyota replacement ranges from 20-47 quid! Theres no way I will pay that price unless absolutley necessary.

I have come across this one on Amazon. Can you please tell me if it will fit the bolts on my alloys? Is it suitable for locking wheel nuts? Or do I need to use a genuine Toyota brace? I haven't a clue.

Details are:

Heavy duty forged four way wheel nut wrench 17 x 19 x 21 x 22mm. Enamelled finish for corrosion protection. Arm length: 380mm. Sold loose.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/4-WAY-WHEEL-NUT-WR...3603&sr=1-5

Thanks Folks!

I picked mine up years ago from a car boot sale, looks like the one in the advert on Amazon site, i prefere to use that than toyotas own due to the the two handed grip it allows the user on stubborn wheel nuts, i would think the one shown would fit your model.

Why not get the Extending Wheel Nut Wrench instead? I have had them for many years and I must say I find them a better option, you get a lot of power when it is extended and it is easier to hide in the car. Fits the same bolts as the one mentioned.
