All Lights On But Won't Turn Over?

Hi All,

Another starting prob with the old Rav.. Recently the old starter has been getting sluggish, and it takes a lot to start the car, so bought a new one and fitted it today, tried to start the car, but would'nt catch, Now the starter won't even turn over the engine, all the lights on the dash are on and bright, the headlights do not dim when trying to start, all the relays in the engine compartment click on/off, Battery is fully charged, and if try to bump it, it starts up fine and runs with no problem.

Any ideas?????

Think I would check all the starter cables, especially the earth. Take them off and give them a clean with emery paper

make sure they are good and tight when you put them back on. Check the earth strap going to the body as well.
