Does anyone know whether the antenna/sub switched outlet (usually iso pin A5) on the standard head unit is active, or do i need to attach the sub to the incoming ign switched signal (usually A7)?

Also any recommendations for the setting the frequency of the low pass filter (between 60 and 160Hz) on an under seat sub and assuming a basic stock setup would be gratefully received!

I can't tell you is A5 is active, but I can tell you the permanent 12V in and the ign switch signal are the wrong way around on the Aygo (I found out the hard way- flat battery). The 12v wire to he socket/cigarette lighter is the easiest way to guarantee an ign switched 12v signal

The standard Speakers are quite small diameter and the stock head unit is pretty weak, so it's usually best to set the low pass filter has high (160Hz) as possible

Good luck :)

There is NO +12V switched with the radio...

On the Mini-ISO the +12V continous and switched are both fed trhough, but if

I were you I'd hook the subs remote up to the +12V switched going to the radio.

Just be sure to get the right wire by testing it with a test light before hooking up everything.
