just take a run up to Nuneaton and park for 20 minutes and you'll find the answer...... B)

Difficult to measure but about 5-6 mm's on my 2002 4.2

It's difficult to be exact because the rubber cover stops you getting right in but it's between 4 and 5mm.

back to replacement shark-fin again. Had problem with first one, hence trying to fix toyota aerial, but am now haaving replacement one sent

ps; does anyone have either a din aerial socket, or a japanese size plug that they don't want :-) ?
