hi all

having a bit of a problem i was trying to take of back drivers side light of my auris and the loom plug was fitted tight so as i pulled it i managed to pull away the wiring from the plug :(

problem is i have no idea what order the wires go back into the plug.

there are 6 wires in total and i was wondering if any other owners would be kind enough to look at their plug and list what order the wires are or a photo would do.

thanks in advance

I've checked the wires now and here is the order they're connected in:

If the plug is connected to the taillight which is on the driver's side and

you look at it, the order from top to the bottom is:

Yellow

Light Blue

Red

Black/White

Green

Blue

Hope you'll get your lights working again, please post when you'll get your

problem solved!

Best regards, Alex

@alexC you beat me to it. I was just outside taking a pic. I took the pic in case the UK version is slightly different to the european version.

@ navisace Hope this helps. This is the right/drivers side.

And it looks like there is a slight difference as your top wire is yellow where I have 2 light blues. Then the rest is the same.

The left side:

I believe the difference is in the reversing light and fog light. yours are opposite to ours.

Yepp I think so too, sorry I messed up with the sides. Forgot where the driver is sitting in your country.

Now I checked it again and on the left it's like I said but on the right (on the side about which you asked navisace)

there's no yellow and the blue is connected higher so there's a gap (two sockets) between the top wire and the rest of them.

Don't have two blue ones... Don't know how it's in your car, but I think you should connect them as they're in wastedagen's

picture :) And now I have soup on my screen, was eating whilst writing
