hi,

i have at 2009 rav4 xtr and i want to fit a sat nav in to the dash. is there anywere i can buy these from. and are these simpliy plug and play.

If you have a look on this site:

and at the accessory installation manual section (which is free to access). You'll see install instructions for TNS600 and TNS700.

I would think you can certainly install those, but being Toyota units they are probably very expensive compared with other aftermarket ones.

Otherwise, I don't believe it is too difficult to get hold of brackets and conversion harnesses for other units, but maybe somebody that has actually done it will comment.
