Rav4 Trim Needed!

Rav4 rocks

Hello, I have had a little misfortune and now require front and rear wheel arches (left side) including the bit on the front bumper, for a 2004 5 door rav in the dark blue.

Do these parts come ready painted? And if someone could provide me with costs (supply) that would be appreciated. :D

If you're struggling, I've had some success with on-line parts searches. A word of advice, just register your email address. I signed up for text alerts and my Battery ran out due to the number of texts I was getting :)

Hello,

eBay has a lot of Toyota stuff, just had a look and they are listing a wheel arch extention that may be of use to you.

Hope that helps...

They are quite expensive but you are better with new ones as they come with self adhesive backings without which they will look cobbled up. On a positive side they are sometimes available painted so providing you get the new ones you can make a professional job yourself. I think you will have to take it on the chin because taking it to a body shop will only add labour charges to the cost of the trim.

Thanks guys, will get some quotes from the local dealer.

Got a quote from my local dealer and they want nearly £300 for three pieces of wheel arch! I think I will hunt round some scrappers and try and find them in the same colour. Any contacts appreciated.

Yest they are expensive but you will be very lucky to refit second hand ones without it looking cobbled or at best, obvious.
