Hello

I am trying to find out if it is normal to get a kind of small vibration /buzz through the brake pedal, I seem to feel it worse when standing still it goes through my foot and feels like pins and needles after a while in heavey traffic. It only seems to come on after I have been driving for maybe 15 minutes. It is a 1.3 53 spirit and only has 17,000 on clock, it has full service history by toyota been well looked after. It is going back to garage in 2 weeks time but the toyota fitter that had a look at it says he has never come across this problem before as there is not many automatics around that he can compare this to. So I am hoping someone can tell me if I have a fault or if this is normal for toyota's. It is not a big problem only an annoying one that gets on my nerves after a while and I do not want to be fobbed off by the garage if I have a genuine fault.

thanks john.

Hi, sounds to me like the front discs are warped. jack the front up and spin the front wheels by hand. Feel for any binding or slight grabbing on the brakes and there's your answer....Hopefully! ;)
