How To Remove Bolt From Suspension Bush

Hi all

I'm trying to change my rear suspension arms (the trailing arms / longitudinal links) but are having some difficulties:

Firstly, one bolt stripped  . Any advice on how to undo the bolt?

Secondly, I can't seem to extract the bolt from the suspension bush. I tried spraying it with WD40 but haven't had any luck so far.

Also, would you advice changing the bolts and nuts while I'm at it?

Thanks again

This looks like a good extraction tool but it's for 12 mm max. Does anyone know where to find a larger one (at least 17 mm)?

I finally managed to remove the bolt by heating it with a gas flame, WD40 and lots of tightening and loosening turns.
