Newbie With No Sounds

Hi folks just got myself a 92 surf imported from japan in 2002 lovely motor makes my old disco look like scrap : ) but anyway heres my problem,the original double din cd and tape deck that came with the motor does everything it should lights up change radio station plays cd's but NO SOUNDS nothing at all except some bleeps when you press the buttons on the stereo,I pulled the system out the other day to check and see if anything was broken or had come off but nothing looks out of place Hope somebody here can help dont really wanna change it to a single want to keep it all original if i can.Please Help

hi, you can send unit for repair but everyone i no with a surf have got rid, they all have problems,
