The dealer wants 380 pounds for the side boards, does anyone know if he is trying to screw me over with that price

I had my side steps fitted in June 2008, the dealer charged me £210 inc vat for the parts (this was with 15% discount) and labour to fit is a standard 1 hour charge, my dealer charges £95 + vat, so total charge parts and labour was £322.
