Side Lights

Hi Guys !!!!

The car is owned withing 6 years round, It was puchased with side lights normally ON.

I ve seen the same cars models locally but their lights are normally OFF during the day time.

OK - my question is -- does any one knows which market the same model car is distributed for with lights normally ON.

Besides - i ve tracked my VIN and it clear confirmes this car is for Europe. But there are any European countries :)

Please guide me to make clear.

I may be wrong, but I had always presumed that side lights on originated from Sweden / Norway / Denmark areas.
