2002 Roadster Air Intake Removal

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could advise how to remove the side air intake ducts off of a 2002 MR2 Roadster as I have a small paint chip I need repaired.

I have tried to 'pop' them off but it jst seems to pull the body panel out and I don't want to do any damage.

Photos would be extremely handy!!

Thanks for that, typically the only photos he doesn't have is taking them off :D
