What bit needs replacing? Used T-Sport exhaust on ebay:

Yaris T-Sport cat / mid section: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Yaris-T-Sport...A1%7C240%3A1318

Yaris t-Sport backbox: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Yaris-tsport-backbox...A1%7C240%3A1318

Or try a breakers yard. For a new genuine Toyota one PM Parts-King on this forum for a price. It is pretty expensive though as the Toyota system is one piece cat and middle section together.

If it is the mid section that needs replacing Euroflo exhausts do a replacement mid section for the Yaris. You can cut the pipe after the cat and attach their new mid section. It is what I have done. Got it from the company below Part No: TY587. Mine is a 1.3 and looking at the picture of the T-Sport exhaust on eBay the mid section looks exactly like mine. Ring them up they should be able to tell you if it will fit the T-Sport.
