Celica Tends To Shudder

Hi all

im having a few problems ( if they are) with my celica.

when im driving around and i come to a stop me car seems to shudder then at some stage it sounds like it wants to cut out, like a kind of dieing when you put on the heated windscreen loss of power sort of, when i up the revs she seems fine,

another problem im getting is ive just put on new alloys but when im driving i occasionly hear this sort of hollow noise like bits of metal rubbing together but this noise is not constant, and it dose alter with speed or braking and severe braking.

and last but not least my fans keep coming on, car will be sitting idle then all of a sudden the fans come on for 5 mins the go off, nothing unusal about the temperature gauge , thermostat has been replaced recentley as that was my first assumtion, evidence of the dreaded oil problem but has not reached the stage where its dumping a tank of oil in 200 miles.
