Help, I Just Put Petrol In My Diesel 2.2 Lucida

Help!! I have just been to the petrol station and put petrol in my Lucida which is diesel. I only put in £6 when I realised but I was driving on my reserve. I stopped and drove the car to my house just a few yards away. Will I get away with filling the tank with diesel?

This shouldn't cause any problems at all with that engine. You'll only be on about 30% or so petrol, just fill up with diesel fuel and remember not to make the same mistake next time!

Yep, just fill her up when it is only that small quantity. Don't drive too far though if it was empty. Might be better to bring a drum of it to the car
