Best Driving Roads

Hi

I just wondered where your favorite driving roads are.

I live in Essex and for me my favorites locally comprise: -

The drive from Sandon to Burnham in Essex, I think its the B1010/B1012.

Chatham Hall Lane from Little Waltham to Howe Street (Great Waltham Parish, Essex)

Dunmow to Finchingfield in Essex.

Although my all time favorite roads are: -

A82 from the Scottish borders to Fort William, especially around Glencoe & Loch Lynn.

Whatever the hell road it is between Jijona and Alcoy in Spain (an amazing road raising up through the Carascetta mountain range over 1000m above see level with some awesome switchbacks and hairpins with spectacullar views).

The Alpine/Hill route at Millbrook proving ground.

Any of the backroads around Silverstone/Towcester are pretty good (where i grew up), otherwise there is a good back route to Harrogate from Leeds thats good for a blast, nice scenery too.
