Speaker Swap Out (avensis 98 Model)

Please I need schematics or guidelines on removing and replacing the front and back door Speakers for Toyota Avensis 1998 model. Any help will be much appreciated.

You'll need to remove the door trim panels. I have only removed one of the rear panels but the front ones should be similar. See this thread. The Speakers are fitted with pop rivets so you'll need to drill it out. When you've done that, could you post the size of the Speakers in this thread, please?

Hi,

I changed Speakers all around in my 2000 Avensis about 2 years ago.

I think the depth of the speaker is about 35 mm.

Below are Speakers I have used:

Front: Pioneer TS-G171C - 17cm components

Back: Pioneer TS-G1702i - 17cm 2-way Speakers
