Need Help!?

A friend of mine is having problems with their car so I said I would see if I could help hence me coming here, the car is a 2002 (Old Shape) Avensis 2.0 D4D. He the car through an Irish NCT the equivelant of the Uk MOT and the car failed on CV joints apparently all 4! It seems there is a spurious kit available for the the outer joints and boots and over here it costs like €80 per side is this expensive? It sounded like a lot to me. It is also almost unheard of in the inside joints to go apparently? so there is no spurios ones available here, is this true?

Basically what I need to know is what his options are and where the cheapest place to order all the joints and boots would be and also if there is spurious inner joints and boots available.

Hi mate, Try this eBay link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-AVENSIS-2-LIT...93%3A1|294%3A30 they are £15.00 plus £8.50 postage they have a 2 yr warranty. I'm not recommending them as i just had a search for you and they came up.
