Any Recommendation Of Fuel Cleaner?

I just sent my Avensis (02 plate, VVTi 18, petrol) for a service/MOT. Nothing was found wrong so I was delighted. Just one thing, the young boy showed me a comment from Tech that my car needs a fuel clean to improve emission.

Tried to search the forum but found nothing. So any advice?

I think the Tech suggested to add something called 'fuel cleaner' to the tank to clean up the engine and improve emission? The boy actually told me ' the emission is still in spec but do a fuel cleanr can improve it'.
