St205 Noise In Rear

I have a 97 celica gt four, there is a slight knockin noise in the left hand side of the car when i turn the car to the left. its a little bit louder when someone is in the back but its not constantly there, so i was ruling out a bushin but yad never know. the sharper you turn the louder it is and only at low speeds. anyone ever have had the same problem?... can the super strut suspension be toublesome?? thanks

Superstrut is only on the front so it won't be that. Sounds to me as though the rear diff mount is shot, does it knock when accelerating or when going over bumps??

TCB sell the mount for around £100.

Could be your CV Joint - had same problem myself. If it's making the noise when you turn both ways but silent in a straight line then that's the most likely.

Good garage near me replaced both for about £500.
