What Power Upgrade For Vigo?

I am new to this forum . I own a toyota hilux vigo 3 ltr. 170 bhp 2006. I was wondering if anybody could give me some advice on power upgrades to take it to 200 bhp. I have noticed on e-bay that they vary from £60 to £500 . it's not price that is the issue it is weather it can cause any damage to the engine, would appreciate any information on what to buy and where to purchase. thanks anth. :help:
