Track Rods ( Right Or Left Handed Threads )

Hi all, i need to find out if the track rods on my x reg yaris, both have the same direction thread, ie: are they both right handed threads, or is one of them a left ! i'm thinking that if the lock nut undo's anti clock wise, that must make the thread a right hander ! ! Many thanks Kcs
