Where can i find a 4efe intake manifold from a corolla to go in my 4efe ep91 starlet

also where can i find 5efhe cams and shims aswell...

is there anything else which will increase power outputs in my starlet 4efe...im already getting an air filter...(http://www.toytuning.com/parts/intake/toy-tuning-air-filter-relocation-kits)

i am also gonna get a TRD short shift kit...(shall i get C's short shifter instead)

i am getting KYB shocks with 30mm lowering spring by cobra

can i get 15" rims (Rota Slipstream) with tires '195/50/15' or do i have to get '195/45/15' because i lowered it?
