tbh i am not sure i think it the plant wheel

i was on the motoraway about 11 miles form the japfest when the car started making a grinding and screaming kind of sound so i pulled over on to the hard shoulder then i couldnt get it into any gear so called for help

i got it recovered home and was hoping it was the release bearing which had gone throught the pressure plate but i have taken gearbox and clutch out and there is nothing wrong with the clutch

not sure if it would be worth taking my gearbox to a place that fixes them and see how much it would or at least finding out what wrong with it
