I purchased a new Previa almost two years ago. The car is continually developing faults. The alarm, suspension, steering, clutch alloy wheels (x20), universal joints and even the cigar lighter have needed major attention. My dealser in Dunstable went our of business and my 'new' one helps but I didn't buy the car from him. Toyota GB couldn't give a toss and are rude and arrogant. All they tell me is " well you have a warranty - what are you complaining about. I am also told that all Previas bar mine are 100% reliable which makes me feel horrible 'cos I have the only bad Previa on the road. If there is anybody our there who has had bad Previa experiences please tell me. I would love to know how to put pressure on Toyota just to listen to my complaint.
