Started to think on a replacement clutch for my aygo. I think that if I'll add the k&n filter, then flash tune it for k&n intake+my japan style exhaust, I should hit ~ 90 hp and that will surely kill the clutch with time.

I've read somewhere on the forum that the yaris clutch will fit, but I wonder, will the Yaris TS clutch fit? That will be a very nice part to switch to...

As part of a service bulletin for some clutches with premature wear, it was recommended that the yaris clutch cover housing is used (the driver will notice a higher clutch biting point at the pedal). I don't remember the document saying anything about using the yaris clutch friction material or plate at all.

It's quite a modest power gain and a light car, so I wouldn't worry about the clutch too much. Your driving style will have the biggest effect on clutch life, especially from a standing start. I suggest looking at getting the best quality oil for the gearbox though

What is supposed to be the typical life expectancy of an Aygo's clutch?
