Inner Track Rod Removal

i have a 2003 rav4 d4d and have a bent track rod what is the handiest way to remove it at the inner end whilst leaving the rack in situ as room for leverage is limited any help advice appreciated

Sorry folks, I've never had to do this. I would have thought that it would just be a case of taking the roadwheel off and putting the steering to full lock on the appropriate side to get a bit more access???
