Lucida Gearbox Issue

Hi i have just picked up a lucida cheap of a friend with the intention of putting it back on the road but have a problem the car was running well until my mate broke down in it the RAC man said that a oil (i think it was an oil pipe) pipe was leaking and that the gearbox oil had drained out and that the computer had stopped the box from working. there is a dash board warning light that reads A TOL that stays on, the engine itself runs fine but wont drive. I wanted to see if that sounds right to you guys and should it just be a case of fitting a new pipe and refilling the gearbox with oil to get it going again?. Thankyou for any help/replies.

I have refilled the gearbox oil and the car now moves but still have to replace the pipe but dont know what its called anyone have any idea?, i think it is a flow or return pipe from the gearbox to maybe a oil cooler but not sure,its the one nearest to the drivers door running under drivers seat. Want to get hold of the part just dont know what to ask for. Thanks for any help/replies Mike.

Hello Mike, its Akhtar here i baught TOYOTA LUCIDA ESTIMA, few months i worked fine for two months but all of sudden its gearbox overdrive stoped working, i took it to few places no body seems to know whats wrong, its gearbox is even reconditioned but no good, overdrive problem stays, same, it would not go more than 30 mph, have you got the same problem? please suggest if you know anything!
