Help Needed, Broken Bolt Wedge Gone?

hey guys,

well im working on a 1992 toyota hilux surf SSR-X. Someone replaced the timing belt and than the idler grenaded causing the bolt to break and the wedge to vanish(Break?)

I have pictures of where the bolt goes, and what the bolt looks like.

Does anyone have an extra wedge, or a part # i can order from toyota?
