Somebody Hit The Side Of My Two Week Old Aygo

Somebody hit the side of my car which is two weeks old today - thankfully not my fault but driver and passenger rear panel damaged. Has gone for repairs and will take about two weeks to fix. I did tell the repairer that it best be the same blue and toyota panel. Assured it will be - still never had an accident on my old scrappage car and buy my first new car ever and it gets involved in an accident

If it wasnt your fault you should take it to a Toyota approved repairer.

If they argue you simply state it has to go there as its part of your warranty and finance agreement.

Especially as the collision wasn't your fault, I hope you insisted your [new] Aygo went to Toyota for repairs?

I'm sure it'll be back in no time though...what replacement car did they give you? :)

car already been picked up and gone to vauxhall. I did not ask for courtsey car as did not really need it. I did say that if car not done properley will get it redone.
