hello - sorry to bother you all again,

finally had a chance to look over our Rav4.1 that we picked up last weekend.

it has BF GOODRICH all terain 215/70/16 tyres on and I understand that these arent standard size or tread.

I'm not sure if the car was used for off roading as the car has quite a bit of dried on mud etc but does the suspension look standard height or does it look like that has been modified too??

Not fussy if it has, the mrs may let me have a little play in it!!!

anybodys help on this would be handy.

thank you

Steve

the tyre size is standard. The pressure should be around 26 - 29

I don't think its been raised, but it may just have stiffer front springs fitted on the strut....as the springs do break. If you measure the length(ie the height of the springs) I can compare it to mine- PM me if you wish.

I have 2 RAVs 1994s, and the less used car sits higher - maybe springs not as worn..... thats aside of the road wheel size differences.
