Steering Issue.

Hi, I just bought an 2005 T3-s D4D 2.0. Its my first Toyota and it drives great.

but sometimes in the mornings when i turn the steering wheel right and take off the steering is hard.

its like the steering pump is gone,but this only lasts for a few seconds?

Also when i drive over the speed bumps at work,i hear slight bang from the front left wheel.

Any help would be great.

check drive shafts,

cv joints and bushs.

it could be the steering rack has become faulty, and needs
