Gen 7 Coolant Level And Top Up

Hi, After cleaning my car and topping up the windscreen wash, I checked other levels and noticed the pink coolant level is below "low" (although the car is on a slight slope it looks low).

My question are as follows:

1) The tank at the front of the car (to left of bonnet catch) is the coolant tank?

2) How do you go about topping it up as there is a plastic fascia in the way!

3) What do I top it up with? I have some car antifreeze for the coolant system in the house.

My car engine temperature seems fine at the moment.

Thanks!

You need to pop out the clips holding the plastic cover in place so you can access the coolant tank.I would use the same antifreeze as you have already got.if its pink you can buy this from toyota,i think its about £20 for 5 litres.

Thanks, I'l ltop it up with distilled (boiled) water as it is only about 1cm below the "low" mark and it is due a full service in a couple of months where it is scheduled to have the coolant replaced.
