Most anti histamines make you sleepy mixed with other meds or alcohol will increase the effects.

Just ordered a band you wear on your arm works on accu-pressure , testamonials are excellent on it , drug free and no side effects , ill let you know if it works once I receive them , both me and my 7 year old son suffer badly.

You can read or buy it for £9.99 at http://www.hay-band.co.uk , I figure at that price its worth a try , it costs more than that every fortnight at the moment for medicine .

I have read that eating locally produced honey is good for building up your immunity to hayfever , the problem though is finding honey that has been locally produced , however if you can find it , its worth giving it a go

I've read that it's an old wives tale, and not based in fact.

I use the cheapo own brands, but I swap the active drug every few days.

Some make me sleepy (even the non-drowsy), others work better. Seems to be the worse the day, the more sleepy I get.
