Angel Eye Adjustment

Hi,

this is my first post here, i am a long time toyta and yaris lover (been driving my mom's 2002 1.3 auto) and a new yaris owner.

about 3 weeks ago i bought my very own yaris (and for sure not my last one), a 2001 1.0 m/t.

i live in israel so the sun is not very friendly here, and the headlights got those cataracts on them so they went from that wonderfull clear look to yellow and nasty over the years, i just installed a pair of "sonar" angel eye headlights so it would give it a more up to date look, they look awesome, but i am blinding the drivers in front of me... :s

any one here with the same headlights and know how to adjust them?
