Petrol Smell After Filling Up

When filling with petrol if I fill to top,fuel leaks out and car stinks of petrol. I reckon filler pipe has corroded. How do you get access to filler pipe? And is there a cheap way to fix. Many thanks in anticipation.

Yeah the filler pipe corrodes. Best thing is some PVC piping and rubber joints from B&Q. You get to it by removing the wheel arch lining.

I did mine 2 years ago it was the vent pipe, remove the wheel & the small plastic liner couple of screws is all that holds it in place.
