Exhaustion

Has anybody had this?I really think I have this we came out of Skerries on Friday and I have felt horrible since its hard to describe feels like I have the Flu without the Flu symptoms but a very sore head.Working 120 hours in 9 days has not done me any favors.Had two good nights sleeps but still feel the same

make sure you eat and drink enough water.

Go to bed and have a good sleep.
