The First Service?

In all my previous cars, the last being three years ago, a car needed a quick tune up/service after it's first 1000 miles or so.

However, the manual for the IQ says its first service is at 10,000 -- is that right?

I've already done 1,300 so I'm worried I've missed a tune-up

Yes, that is correct, first service at 10,000miles.

Some countries have a policy that new cars have a post delivery check-over at about 1000miles which I think is a good thing if done properly, but in the UK the first check over is at the first service.

If in any doubt about anything just take it straight back to Mr T.

As it’s the Aygo/C1/Pug engine which all have the same service interval, there is no need to worry
