Front Bumper Removal And Manual?

can anyone tell me how to remove the front bumper on a 1999 avensis 1.8 gs please?

anyone know where there is a downloadable workshop manual for the same car?

It's not a massive job. Best bet anyway is to get a haynes manual.

I've got a 1998 GS and it's just a matter of removing the front grill (lift the bonnet ) and removing the bolts for the engine under liner thingy wotsit . There's probably a couple of bolts under the wheel arch too.

You will not need to force anything so if it isn't coming off you missed a bit.

Hope that's at least of some us.

Use your eyes and look around and you should see where the bolts , screws etc are.

Apparently you have to remove the front bumper to replace the headlights or so I've heard - is that correct? (Worried!)

I don't think you need to remove the bumper to replace the headlight BULB and I think you might need to remove the headlight to remove the bumper. Haynes covers it though.
