3gse Replacement Fuel Injectors

Hi all, Has anybody changed their old injectors for new replacement ones in the 3GSE (173bhp). If so is it easy. I have heard reports that after 10 years their efficiency drops by as much as 20%. I do put petrol injector cleaner in on a regular basis is that enough.... or should replacement injectors regain the origional poke. Does anybody think or know if there is any truth in this.
