Tomtom Problem

I have a TomTom OneXL that is only 2 years old, during the trip to Corfu it decided to play up by only working if the cable was pulled forwards on the usb connection otherwise it never got power and went flat, it finally gave up the ghost and won't work at all (had to buy a new one). It is obviously just a connection problem in the usb plug but having asked a quote for repairs I was told it would be about £70!!!! :shock: so does anybody know where I might get it done cheaper as it is still a relatively new unit? (yes I have tried a new cable ;) )
