Sat Nav Voice

Has anyone worked out how to turn the voice guidance off/on using the dashboard button?

I think I have tried evey combination as shown on page 90/91 of my handbook.

What I would like to do is:

Have the SatNav voice guidance on all the time (when I have set a route to use) BUT be able to turn it off by the dashboard button from time to time - I find it very agravating at the start of a trip where I know the route very well.

Please do not suggest that I do not activate the Sat Nav until nearer my destination ( which I used to do) as I need it on for the bluetooth phone system!!

I do not want the dashboard button actived to give just one direction which it can be set to do when it is pushed once.

Any help appreciated

Guy

Hi Guy, Just press the menu button and then you will see "volume" press this and select either "off" or any one of the numbers and this will set the voulume for the satnav. This can be done whilst on the move too!
