Levin Engine Problems

hi guys i have a 1.6l 20v levin trueno black top stays for the last 6 months in garage nobody has a clue very bad starting and like missfire in low revs up to 3000 4000 after she s a beast cheked everything fueling ignition distributor etc gone crazy if you rev easy is going but put the foot on trottle and big bangs come in the inlet manifolt jerky running like a pig like the experts i am not sure but suspect timming for the inlet valves is not right aldo was checked maybe they dont close complete in low revs???b cause over 4000 is allright providing you can started ,in 6 months been in hell and back here on the forum,, maybe somebody can come with a ideea pl ease like a nightmare

i think it could be the piston rings if they're worn that would cause bad compression and the bad starting, is it burning oil if not it won't be the piston rings.

sounds deffo like timing or the wrong grade plugs. id deffo check the timing belt. failing that check the ignitor module, normaly when they go down they dont work at all but yours may be different

if it isnt the timing it could be O2 sensor, perhaps?

plug leads on the correct way round?
